"Location is not great... Grater noida + no street lights + bad roads + village = scary. Why would you want to scare your guests. Food, service, decor, staff are all good. Washrooms need an upgrade."

"Our experience with Omnia by Tivoli was far from what was promised, and I feel compelled to warn others before booking this property. We had booked 16 out of their 18 rooms, yet unbelievably, some rooms were handed over only at 5 PM, leaving our guests stranded and waiting for hours. And when we finally entered one of the rooms, it had dirty towels and used sachets, absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one positioning itself as a premium venue. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. Despite giving us delayed and poorly prepared rooms, they were shockingly rude during checkout, threatening extra charges if any guest exceeded the checkout time by even a few minutes. The lack of basic hospitality and respect was appalling. Their sales team is another major letdown. They overcommit to everything during booking, but once the event approaches, they conveniently stop answering calls. We were promised hall usage till 2–3 AM, yet at 12:30 AM we were abruptly told to vacate the hall, stating that it is not mentioned in the contract so please get everything in writing. The problems didn’t end there. We had booked rooms with extra mattresses included, but our guests were told they would have to pay for them separately. Even simple things like cutlery or disposable glasses were denied to the guests, first they said yes, then refused. The inconsistency and mismanagement were unbelievable. While I will say that the event itself ultimately went well, as hosts, dealing with all these unnecessary issues caused immense stress and disappointment. With better management and more honest communication from the staff, the experience could have been so much smoother."
